i sell crunchy stuff, too.
This is a blog for health nuts like me, right? So this should either be right up your alley, or you're in the wrong place. But yes, I sell things on the side. Crunchy things. I'm all about promoting health in every area of my life, and cleaning up my skin care and makeup products go hand-in-hand with that goal.
I sell all-natural and organic skin care and makeup products--I use them and believe in them, too. Because I love them so much, I've found myself doing something I never thought I'd want to do: I'm an independent consultant for a direct sales company, Lemongrass Spa. So not me.
Let's be real--I never liked those party things. But now I'm several parties in, and they're actually fun. It's an excuse for me to have friends over, meet new ones and practice winging it more and more in front of a group. See, I'm an event sort of girl--combine that with skin allergies that have drastically improved since using the products I sell, and it's a great fit for me.
A few months after I joined, I went to convention with my sponsor (and friend). We took a tour through one of the facilities where they make the products. They showed us how they make them by hand right when we place our orders. This company is ethical, healthy and sustainable. It's something I don't have to try to push either. I believe in it, and the products really sell themselves--to other health nuts, of course.
