tone it up: power up those biceps.
Toned and defined biceps work so well with those fab shoulders you have. Defined shoulders and biceps create an amazing difference in the appearance and strength of your arms. Your tank tops and sundresses will look all the better because of them, too.
Remember: The key to these workouts is proper execution—slowly and smoothly completing each exercise for the appropriate number of reps and sets, along with lifting the right amount of weight. And don't forget the healthy foundation you need to have in place to see the best results. Find these details here.
Enough rules and reminders. Let's get to the workouts.
You know the drill—shoot for 3 sets of 12-15 reps for each exercise. Here's my quick biceps workout for you. ;)
- Switch up your basic bicep curl by lifting at a 45-degree angle. The bonus? Added definition. ;)
- Throw a few sets of chin-ups into the mix. Can't do one? Work up to it by resting your feet on a chair.
Now work 'em hard—on your time and in your space.
