It’s been an amazing, crazy, meaningful, surprising and full year. And I’m not just talking about the 10 months of 2018.
In August of 2017, my then-career and goals were about to take a turn without me even expecting it. My few years of personal yoga practice quickly evolved into a fun side job teaching a Les Mills Pilates and yoga class, called BODYFLOW, at my gym.
Then, just a few months later, the opportunity to go through yoga teacher training and certification basically fell in my lap. The hours of studying, practicing, reading and teaching were so enjoyable.
And now, I find myself more than a few hundred classes in at the beginning of my fourth month as a full-time yoga instructor. (Who would have thought?!) Looking back over the past 12 to 15 months is just incredible.
Sometimes life has a way of changing without us even noticing at first. I can’t even begin to explain how much I love teaching yoga and developing relationships with my students.
Which brings me to...
My yoga schedule. :)
Though it will continue to change, here’s my current fall class schedule for Ocala locals.
-East location, yoga at 7:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays.
-West location, BODYFLOW at 6:30pm Thursdays and yoga at 4:45pm on Fridays.
